NEW TOWN, ND, October 23, 2017 (RMCO RELEASE) – At the October 10, 2017, public meeting of the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) for the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation (MHA Nation), the Preference Partnership Agreement between Ziman Trucking LLC (Ziman), a certified Indian Contractor, and Rocky Mountain Crude Oil LLC (RMCO) was approved. The agreement enables RMCO, as Ziman’s sole crude oil transport subcontractor, to utilize its extensive fleet of tractors and trailers to meet the increasing production and transportation demands of producers on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
Ziman currently provides water and crude oil trucking services to producers located on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation and has a long history of wo
rking with RMCO. “We’re pleased to work with RMCO in this new capacity and we know they are well-equipped to meet the needs of our customers on the reservation,” said Corey Ziman, President of Ziman Trucking. “Through our close working relationship, we know RMCO’s people, equipment and its commitment to safety. We know this partnership will be good for both the people of the MHA Nation and for the producers operating on the Fort Berthold Reservation.”
